  • Customer Support Representative

    As a Customer Support Representative at Paragon Roofing, you will be the front-line ambassador of our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to canvas assigned territories, using your personal vehicle, to generate leads by setting appointments for our Remodeling Consultants. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base through effective door-to-door networking and appointment setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Territory Management: Efficiently navigate assigned areas to maximize lead generation.
    • Appointment Setting: Knock on doors and network to schedule appointments, diligently recording them in the company calendar.
    • Networking: Build and maintain positive relationships within the community to foster a robust referral network.
    • KPI Adherence: Meet minimum Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent performance and contribution to team goals.

    Compensation:

    Base Training Pay: $500 per week during a 2-week training period.

    Commission Structure:

    • $25 for each appointment set.
    • Additional $100 if the appointment leads to a quote by a Remodeling Consultant.
    • 1-2% of the contract price when the job is paid and closed (conditions apply).

    Weekly Payments: Commissions for setting and estimating appointments are paid every Friday.

    Performance-Based Incentives: Opportunities for growth and increased earnings based on performance metrics.

    Work Schedule:

    Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday.

    Training:

    • Week 1: Complete The Roof Strategist training and script study.
    • Week 2: Script practice (9 AM - 1 PM) followed by door-knocking (2 PM - dark).

    Job Requirements:

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle for territory canvassing.

    Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
    • Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing.

  • Remodeling Consultant

    As a Remodeling Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, specializing in roofing, gutters, windows, and roof repairs. This entry-level position is ideal for those passionate about the roofing industry, ready to climb new heights (literally!) and eager to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Must be ok with heights and climbing roofs.
    • Generate leads through personal marketing and collaboration with our marketing team.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, gutters, and windows, accurately assessing damages.
    • Assist customers in material selection, ensuring informed decisions for their roofing projects.
    • Manage payment collection and conduct post-project walk-arounds to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups.
    • Complete mandatory training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in roofing preferred.
    • Experience in the roofing industry, with a strong understanding of systems, materials, and processes. (Preferred)
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and teams.
    • Proficiency in computer use for reporting and data management.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits.
    • Comfortable with heights and physically capable of climbing steep roofs.

    Training & Development:

    • Mandatory 2-week classroom training, including assessments in industry-related programs.
    • Quarterly continuing education credits required for constant learning and growth.

    Compensation:

    • Paid Training
    • 100% Commission - Eligible for Draw on Commissions
    • Paid Weekly
    • Annual bonus based on total revenue, with incremental increases for higher sales achievements.

    Additional Benefits:
